Personalized Programming and Online Coaching

Many folks view working out/ Training from a session by session perspective. They view everything as “what is happening today”. “This is HIT training”, “this is leg training”, “this is cardio” etc. 

The part of the equation that everyone will require in their fitness endeavour is Progression over time. Yes a workout was done today. How will you progress on that next week, month, year etc. to ensure that you are continuing to make progress over a period of time. 

That is where an consultation/ assessment, program design, and online coach will come in. They will look at the big picture in your life, and progress you in a way that will set you up for greater success over the coming months and years.

This service will be based 100% as a progression towards the clients individual/ specific goals and needs. Using the TrueCoach APP, the client and coach will communicate daily. The coach will provide the client with all their workouts which will include demo videos, written instruction, feedback, and the ability for the coach to review videos from the client. This service can be viewed as a long term means to help the client progress towards their goals, or as a short term means to give the client some specific work to enable them to later continue with our group classes or another endeavour. The largest advantage of this service is the removal of all fitness aspects that will be none related to the client’s specific needs/ goals, which should lead to greater results relative to that individual client. Clients who use this service have a wide range of goals, including body composition goals, endurance events, strength events, sport specific goals, and health and wellness aspirations. Price of this service will vary depending on the coach.
