This virtual option allows clients the freedom to complete our program from the convenience of their home, office, or current abroad location with structured accountability. Our team of professionals will be able to guide you through scheduled Zoom calls and e-communication to consistently capture measurable data, track progress and support you in every way, ensuring that completion of the twelve weeks leaves you feeling knowledgeable, confident and ready to continue pursuing your goals.

Initial 30-minute Zoom call:

-Review of general nutrition 

-Goal setting session

-Review of meal plan and recipe recommendations tailored to the client’s specific caloric intake and food preferences

Through our unique approach to group coaching we will ensure that upon completion of the twelve weeks you both feel knowledgeable, confident and ready to continue pursing your health and wellness goals individually and as a team through proper nutrition.

Our couches will explain the specific amounts of fats, proteins and carbs that they recommend optimal for your success.

Description

The InBody 570 scan offers an advanced analysis of your body composition, including fat, muscle and total body water. This 45 second scan provides you with a detailed summary of your body composition broken down by different areas with the ability to track progress over time.
