Bootcamp

Every fitness facility offers bootcamps, but none are quite like VO2Max’s unique style. If you like creative, high intensity interval training in a group setting, then our classes are sure to keep you challenged and engaged! Our promise that we will deliver on – is that your movement quality will be instructed to a much higher degree then any other Bootcamp that you will attend elsewhere. 
Bootcamp class programing changes daily and utilizes equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, sleds, and tires, and includes body weight movements like air squats, push ups, lunges, and much more.
You don’t have to be in shape to come to bootcamp, but be prepared to get in shape once you get here!
