Ron Turner (Fitness Ronnie) – Trainer and CrossFit Coach

Ron comes with a background in collegiate level basketball. He has over 15 years experience coaching team sports, including strength and conditioning programs from beginners to elite athletes.
Ron is a Level 1 CrossFit trainer, NCCP Basketball coach, and a Certified Fitness Leader with a philosophy of practice what you preach. His philosophy is one of developing a high dynamic athletic capacity preparing clients for the many phyical challenges of life. His training systems follow a CrossFit model, exploring a diverse range of skills from olympic and powerlifting, kettlebells, plyometics (jump training), monostructual cardiovascular training and gymnastic body strength.
His goal is to develop fitness in as many modal domains as possible.

Jenn Roach, Jenuine Dynamics – Trainer

Jennifer Roach grew up in Ontario and moved to Alberta in 2011.  She attended GPRC and graduated with a diploma in Fitness Leadership, April 2011.  Jennifer has since obtained her Agatsu Barbell, NCCP Olympic Lifting, Fit 4 Two Pre-Post Natal Fitness and CrossFit Endurance Certification.  She is very active in her yoga practice.
Jennifer participated in the 2011 and 2012 Tri-Fitness competition in St. Petes Beach, Florida.  She placed 3rd in Bikini model.
When Jennifer isn’t at the studio training her clients, she enjoys snowboarding, traveling, reading, rollerblading (especially when there aren’t any dogs on long, stretchy leashes in front of her) and travelling.
Jennifer has overcome many obstacles which help her really understand individual challenges in her clients’ personal lives and schedules.  She is motivating, encouraging, and inspiring to clients to make healthier choices in their lives.  She loves helping them to set and reach their goals.  She makes her clients accountable. When you meet Jennifer, you will see that she is one of those “Jenuine” people and so is her company, Jenuine Dynamics.

Jenn Kloberdanz, JM Fitness & Massage – Nutrition Coach & Trainer

Over the last decade, I have made the transition from massage therapist to personal trainer/yoga instructor to nutrition coach.  My passion is helping people feel their best and nutrition is at the foundation of it all.  I work with each individual client to establish a nutrition program that is unique to them and their goals.  There are many factors that come into play when building a sound nutrition program.  I don’t believe in the ‘cookie cutter’ approach.  If you are looking to gain strength in the gym, recover faster after a hard workout or run, lose weight, gain muscle or just feel better overall, I can help you build the right nutrition program to reach your goals.
I am certified with Precision Nutrition and an ISSA Specialist in Performance Nutrition. I am currently working on my Functional Diagnostic Nutrition certification.  In the near future, I am excited to be offering healing opportunities for my clients by testing for hormonal imbalances, adrenal dysfunction or other malfunctions of the body.

Michael attended GPRC and graduated in the Fitness Leadership Program.  He is a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer and also holds his Agatsu Level 1 Kettlebell, Powerlifting and TRX certification, and Poliquin BioSignature Coarse .  Michael is continuing his education pursuing a Kineisiology Degree.
Michael has played football for eight years and coached the last three seasons.  He specializes in individual client training and sport specific training for athletes.

I’ve participated in sports since I was the age of five. My junior and senior years of highschool I played basketball, ran track, and competed in cross country. I ran with the Grande Prairie Regional College’s running team, The Wolves, for three years, and one year with Augustana College.
Because sports played such a big part of my life I am also passionate about youth health and fitness. I believe that the best way to engage youth in fitness is through education and a positive attitude. I demonstrate this passion through my Crossfit teens and kids classes.
I love cooking healthy meals, living a healthy lifestyle, and training. My philosophy on health and fitness is that there are no quick fixes and fitness should be a balance between a challenge and having fun.

Talia is a certified BCRPA Personal trainer, Sivananda Yoga Instructor and recently has attended her Level 1 Crossfit.
With over 10 years experience in personal training, yoga, and now crossfit; I strive to bring a new and fun way to get, and stay, in shape.
I have recently relocated from Vancouver Island where I ran my own business focused on outdoor bootcamps, mom and tots fitness, and indoor/outdoor yoga. Traveling has always been a passion of mine along with fitness, so it allowed me to learn many different techniques with many different instructors from all around the world.
From training for my first half marathon in the Cayman Island, to running a marathon in Napa Valley. I have always enjoyed sports that require technique and dedication. For years I have attempted to add different skills from all over the world.
In 2015 I trained, and competed in my first True Fitness competition placing second in my age category in the figure competition. Also competing in my 6th full marathon where I set a personal best and getting closer to my ultimate goal, qualifying for Boston marathon.
My passion for fitness, strength, and overall health makes me an exceptional trainer. I believe that every client can meet and exceed their goals with proper coaching.
